How do I start my first stream?βΌ
Click + Add Stream, paste your RTMP stream key (e.g. from YouTube Studio), upload a video file (MP4, MKV etc.), then hit βΆ Start. Your stream will loop automatically 24/7.
Why isn't my stream showing as Live on YouTube?βΌ
Make sure you copied the complete RTMP URL including the stream key (e.g.
rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2/xxxx-xxxx). Also check that your YouTube account is verified and that Live streaming is enabled in YouTube Studio. How do I renew my plan before it expires?βΌ
Click the Days Left counter on your dashboard, or the π Renew button in the expiry banner. Purchase a renew key from our shop and paste it in the renewal dialog.
What file formats are supported?βΌ
We support MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, FLV, TS (video) and MP3, WAV, AAC (audio). Maximum file size is 5 GB per slot. For best results, use H.264 video with AAC audio in an MP4 container.
Can I stream to multiple platforms simultaneously?βΌ
Each slot streams to one destination. To stream to multiple platforms, add multiple slots (one per platform) and use each platform's unique RTMP key. Your plan's slot count determines how many simultaneous streams you can run.
What happens to my files when my plan expires?βΌ
When your plan expires, streams stop and you enter a 3-day grace period. During grace, your files and settings are preserved. After 3 days without renewal, all data is permanently deleted. Renew before grace ends to keep everything.
How does the playlist feature work?βΌ
Add multiple files to a slot's playlist using the β Add File to Playlist button. When you start the stream, files play in order and loop indefinitely. You can reorder files by dragging them.
My stream crashed β what do I do?βΌ
Click β» Restart on the crashed slot. If it keeps crashing, check that your RTMP key is valid and not expired by the platform. Try re-uploading the video file (corrupt files can cause crashes). Contact support if the issue persists.
