What exactly is a "slot"?

A slot is one concurrent live stream. If you have 5 slots, you can stream 5 different videos to 5 different platforms simultaneously — or the same platform. 1 slot = 1 stream running at the same time, 24/7.

Is there a subscription? Can I be auto-charged?

Absolutely not. You buy a PassKey for 30 days or 365 days. When it expires, it simply stops. You get a 7-day reminder and you choose whether to renew. No stored card, no auto-billing, no surprises — ever.

What happens when my plan expires?

Your streams stop gracefully. Your uploaded media files are retained for a short grace period. Renew with your Renew Key before or after expiry to pick up exactly where you left off — no re-setup needed.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! A 15-minute free trial is available on the homepage — no credit card required. Upload up to 1 GB and test the full platform with 1 live stream. One trial per email address, fair-use only.

Can I add more slots without upgrading my plan?

Yes. Addon slot packs (5, 10, or 20 extra slots) stack directly onto any active PassKey. Your existing streams, media, and settings stay untouched. You only pay for the extra slots, not a new plan.

What file formats are supported?

MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, FLV, TS, MP3, WAV — essentially anything, which covers nearly all common video and audio formats. Files up to 5 GB per slot (1 GB for free trials).

What payment methods are accepted?
