Log into your StreamKite dashboard using your PassKey. Open the Power Widget (the ⚡ button on the right side of the dashboard) and go to the Reward Center tab. Your unique referral code in the format REF-XXXXXX is displayed there. You can also open the Referral Stats modal from the Usage Widget area.

Bonus days are applied instantly and automatically the moment your referred friend activates their plan with your code. You don't need to do anything — just check your dashboard expiry date after they sign up and you'll see the days already added.

The referral system is designed for new users. A referral code can only be applied within the first 5 days of a user's very first StreamKite purchase, and only once per account. If someone already has an active plan, they won't be eligible to apply a referral code — but they can still refer others using their own code and earn +5 days per referral they generate.

No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and our system is designed to detect and reject them. Attempting to abuse the referral program — including creating fake accounts, using the same email or payment method, or engineering fraudulent activations — will result in your referral rewards being voided and your account being reviewed for potential suspension.

Absolutely not. There is no cap on how many friends you can refer. Every legitimate referral earns you +5 days. If you manage a community, YouTube channel, or audience of any kind, you can share your code freely and earn bonus days indefinitely for as long as the referral program is running.

First check the format — referral codes must be exactly in the format REF-XXXXXX where XXXXXX is 6 uppercase letters and numbers. Common issues: typing the code in lowercase, adding extra spaces, or trying to apply it after the 5-day window has passed. If you've verified these and it still doesn't work, submit a support ticket with your email address and the code you're trying to use.

Yes. Bonus days are added to your current plan's expiry date. If you have 20 days remaining and earn 5 referral bonus days, your new expiry will reflect 25 days remaining. Days accumulate — they don't replace your existing validity.
