Once your PassKey is activated and your streaming slot is deployed, the service is considered delivered. Refunds are not issued for activated subscriptions, regardless of usage or remaining days. Please use our free trial before purchasing.
StreamKite is a digital infrastructure service. The moment you complete your purchase, our systems allocate dedicated cloud computing resources — server capacity, bandwidth allocation, and storage — specifically for your account. These resources cannot be "returned" or reallocated to another user once deployed.
This is not a physical product where a return is possible. It is the same reason why downloaded software, activated SIM cards, and consumed streaming subscriptions are universally non-refundable. Once a streaming slot has been activated, the full subscription fee is earned and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase on StreamKite.live, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy and that the service is digital in nature, governed by these terms.
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
If you purchased the wrong plan tier, do not request a refund — contact support and we will arrange an upgrade path or plan swap where technically feasible. Plan purchases are non-refundable but we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
StreamKite may, entirely at our own discretion, consider a refund or service credit in the rare event that we are genuinely and demonstrably unable to provide the service. This is limited strictly to:

Prolonged platform-wide outage — A continuous, verified service disruption lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, caused solely by StreamKite's own infrastructure failure (not third-party platform issues, internet outages, or user-side issues).

Dashboard inaccessibility — A verified technical failure preventing you from accessing your PassKey dashboard for an extended period attributable solely to our systems, where our team was unable to restore access within a reasonable timeframe.

Verified billing error — A confirmed duplicate charge for the same subscription period due to a payment processor error, supported by transaction documentation from both parties.
Even where exceptional circumstances apply, StreamKite reserves the right to offer service credit or plan extension as an alternative to a monetary refund. The decision to issue any refund rests solely and irrevocably with StreamKite. This determination is not subject to further negotiation.
If you believe your situation qualifies under the exceptional circumstances in Section 03, you must follow this process exactly. Requests that do not follow this process will not be reviewed.

Submit a ticket within 7 days of the issue occurring via our Support page. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for review under any circumstances.

Include your PassKey, the email used at purchase, your order or transaction reference number, and a clear description of the issue with any relevant screenshots or evidence.

Allow our team up to 5 business days to investigate your case. We may request additional information. Incomplete requests will be closed without resolution.

You will receive a written decision by email. If approved, any credit or refund will be processed within 7 business days. If declined, our decision is final and not subject to appeal.
If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error or system fault, this is treated as a verified billing error and will be refunded promptly upon confirmation.
Submit a support ticket within 48 hours of the duplicate charge with proof of both transactions (bank statement or payment receipts showing two identical charges). Verified duplicates are refunded within 5 business days. Charges on different dates for separate subscription periods do not qualify as duplicate payments.
StreamKite provides a 15-minute free trial with zero cost and no credit card required. The trial grants you full platform access — one active stream slot, up to 1 GB of media storage, and live streaming to any RTMP destination — so you can thoroughly evaluate the service before spending a single dollar.
Claiming that the service "didn't work as expected" is not grounds for a refund if you did not use the free trial prior to purchasing. The trial exists precisely for this purpose. StreamKite will not be liable for purchases made without first testing the service through the available trial.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, payment processor, or credit card issuer for a service that was legitimately activated and delivered is considered fraudulent misuse and a direct violation of StreamKite's Terms of Service.
Before initiating a chargeback, contact our support team. We respond within 24 hours and will work to resolve genuine issues. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — for services that were activated and delivered — are treated as fraud and will be contested with full documentation of service delivery.
StreamKite maintains full transaction logs, server access records, stream start/stop timestamps, and upload histories. This documentation is submitted to payment processors when contesting fraudulent chargebacks. We have a strong track record of successfully winning chargeback disputes where service was demonstrably delivered.
StreamKite reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction, regardless of subsequent changes.
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document when changes are made. Continued use of the StreamKite service following any change to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
